The Best Blueberry Bundt Cake

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup butter

 

2 cups sugar

 

4 eggs

 

3 cups flour

 

1 cup sour cream

 

2 cups fresh blueberries

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

 

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

 

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

 

Mix in the sour cream.

 

Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined.

 

Gently fold in the blueberries.

 

Spoon the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

 

Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

 

Cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
