🍴 Ingredients:

 

* 3 lb chuck roast

* 1 lb baby potatoes

* 3 cups baby carrots

* 1 onion, sliced

* 4 cloves garlic, minced

* 2 cups beef broth

* 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

* 2 tbsp tomato paste

* 1 packet onion soup mix or brown gravy mix

* 1 tsp garlic powder

* 1 tsp onion powder

* 1 tsp paprika

* 1 tsp black pepper

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 2 tbsp olive oil

* 2 tbsp butter

* 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

* 2 cups broccoli florets

* 2 cups prepared mac and cheese

* 1 tbsp chopped parsley
